At House of Swank, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Please do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale, clearance, or promotional items are generally non-refundable unless required by law.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us before sending the item back.


Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit or a gift certificate once the return is approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
